As our Lead Pastor, Bishop Wm. Patton, Jr. is continually inspired and fueled by the vision God has given him for the growth and ministry of Calvert Lighthouse.  Bishop Patton and his lovely wife, Carolyn are the proud parents of two children, William, III and Kayla Patton.  Bishop is a Chaplain with the Calvert County Sheriffs Department, a musician, an avid fisherman and Harley Davidson owner.

Carolyn Patton is the coordinator of our Ladies of Light ministry. Ladies of Light
is a ministry to women and the vision for LOL is to equip all women with Godly principles, vision, wisdom experience, and personal growth opportunities from all walks of life. Each first Saturday of the month LOL convene and discuss pertinent issues relevant to Christian women and young ladies. During these meetings topics such as Beauty from God’s perspective, using daily wisdom, becoming Christ-like, commitment, healing hurts, gossip, thoughtfulness, self-love, and many more.   Be sure to check out the church website or calendar of events for more information.

Under the Leadership of Travis and Rochandra Cook, Life in the Light teens meet every Sunday morning at 10am.  Life in the Light  also meets once a week for a weekly zoom Bible study lead by Peer Leader Asadrian Hudson.   Be sure to check out the church website or calendar of events for more information. 

Led by Mrs. Vernel Brooks, the ultimate goal of BLAST is to provide a safe and secure environment to foster spiritual and moral character in the life of our children. We believe in having fun for Jesus and we provide energetic and creative Bible lessons specifically designed for all children. Here at Calvert Lighthouse we know the kids love Jesus too!   Each and every Sunday beginning at 10 am we have a BLAST with the kids in Sunday School.  BLAST is an exciting and fun time of bible based learning for children ages infant to 12 years old.  During BLAST children build relationships with each other, their teachers and most of all with Jesus.

Led by Ms. Diana Newsom, we have seen our food pantry services begin to grow.  On the first Saturday of each month those who need a hand up and help with food insecurity can come to the church from 11am -1pm to pick up a free no obligation box of food.  Due to Covid-19 there has been a growing need for assistance as many people are experiencing food insecurity.  Should you need assistance or know of someone who needs assistance please contact us.

Mrs. Valerie Brooks has a heart for serving others thru her personal ministry of food service.  As the Culinary Coordinator, Valerie leads the food service team as they prepare and serve food for special events as well as preparing the food and staffing all of our church dinner fundraisers.
