Lesson 3 - "He Threw A Party!"

Sometimes the biggest chasm that exists is between family members. God teaches us about his bridge building mentality through Jesus’ telling of the prodigal son. A boy goes off and wastes all his father gives him. At rock bottom, he decides to come home. Rather than his father being angry or frustrated, he throws a party. We should be eager to offer grace to those with whom we have a broken relationship and when it is restored, we should throw a party. Just like the father whose son was lost, but came home to be found again.
